Solution I: Remove files within entitlement folder
Press windows key along side R to open up search box from the system.
Type “Services.msc” when you go through the Search field and then press “Enter”.
There clearly was an option “Intuit Entitlement Service vx (where x is actually a highest quantity of version)”, right click using this option.
Click on “Stop”.
Close your window.
Open all hidden files and folders.
Select option “Display hidden files and folders”.
Click on “Show hidden files, folders and drives”.

Rename “SessionData.xml” file to “OLDSessionData.xml” file.
